Your tasks
You get the chance to get involved in one of the most recognized recruitment consultancies in the digital industry and to support you in developing it.
You will learn to carry out complex market and company research and thus keep an overview of the digital trends in the market.
You accompany our management and consultants in telephone and personal interviews, learn to manage them independently and write candidate reports and job profiles for our customers.
You will learn the tools of the personnel consultant from us - from identifying candidates to interviewing, candidate support and customer advice.
You have
Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business psychology or humanities.
At best, you have completed your first internships in the digital economy.
You have an open, confident and assertive personality and a healthy dose of ambition.
You have a feeling or interest in digital trends and innovations.
You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in German and English.
You have a high level of commitment, a quick grasp and one of your core competencies is a result-, detail-oriented and independent way of working.
