You are responsible for identifying and addressing potential candidates by phone, email, as well as in online networks and applicant portals.
You continuously develop creative and innovative ways to find the best talents in the digital economy and build your network of experts.
You take over applicant management and telephone candidate support.
You create job profiles and briefing documents and identify target companies.
You carry out complex and systematic market, competition and company research.
You have approximately 2 or more years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a personnel consultancy or in recruiting in the digital economy.
At best, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, law, business psychology or the humanities.
Your high level of commitment, quick comprehension and your results-, detail-oriented and independent way of working characterize you.
You have strong communication skills and like to maintain your network.
